Company/Project Visit

On Tuesday November 23th, Witteveen+Bos organized a company case. This day was different from other company cases because it was a battle between the three CME directions (Eindhoven, Twente and Delft) and TBM. The day started at 09.00 in the main office of Witteveen+Bos in Deventer. The four study associations had to form a group of six students who represented the university. Last tuesday, june 6th 2011, 19 CME students were invited for a Schiphol Air-site tour by the Schiphol Group. The day started with a nice lunch. On thursday november 25th 2010, CME Dispuut and Strukton organized a trip to the Noord/Zuidlijn. After a nice lunch at Smits Koffiehuis, we visited the information centre at Stationsplein 7 in Amsterdam where we received a brief introduction of the project by Strukton. After the introduction we all suited up for a project visit to the metro station beneath Amsterdam central station. We are very pleased that Strukton offered us the opportunity to visit this unique building site.
